WHO WE ARE
The founder, Mr. Lertchai Viriyapak, started off selling automatic circuit breaker to families all over Bangkok. In 1983, he started importing steel for businesses as Thailand could not produce enough steel for the domestic demand. Eventually, due to business success, Prime Metal Co., Ltd was formally formed in 1995 to supplies manufacturing businesses with many Steel products direct from steel producers as well as providing consultation and support service on variety of products ranging from High-Tech computer controlled systems to Heavy-industry Machinery.

Our clients are from a wide range of industries including manufacturers, construction companies, builders' merchants, renewable energy companies, solar energy installer. Many of our existing clients have been with us since the very beginning, for over 3 decades, new clients are joining us on a regular basis, mostly by recommendation. This is a true testament of trust for our work on how we have always put our customers first.

คุณเลิศชัย วิริยะภาค ประธานกรรมการเป็นผู้ก่อตั้งบริษัทโดยเริ่มต้นจากการเป็นตัวแทนขายเครื่องตัดกระแสไฟฟ้ารั่วอัตโนมัติให้กับครัวเรือนในกรุงเทพฯ ต่อมาในปี 2526 คุณเลิศชัยเริ่มนำเข้าเหล็กจากต่างประเทศมาขายในประเทศไทยเนื่องจากได้เล็งเห็นว่าโรงเหล็กในประเทศมีน้อยและไม่สามารถผลิตเหล็กได้เพียงพอต่อความต้องการของอุตสาหกรรมของประเทศ และในปี 2538 บริษัท ไพร์มเมทัล จำกัด ก็ได้มีการจดทะเบียนอย่างเป็นทางการเพื่อเป็นตัวแทนผู้จำหน่ายเหล็กหลายชนิด รวมถึงเป็นที่ปรึกษา ช่วยจัดหา บริการแนะนำเกี่ยวกับเครื่องจักร อย่างเช่น เครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรมหนักแบบไฮเทคที่ควบคุมด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ เครื่องขึ้นรูปหล็ก เป็นต้น
